Day 2
Saturday, April 16, 2011
Drove up late in the afternoon after stopping at Camp Comfort earlier to save a spot. Grilled a flatiron steak for dinner along with baked purple potatos and a salad.
Sat. We drove into town for supplies, then back to Comfort to get ready to bike ride and also to feed the iggys. Parked on creek rd. by the bike path then rode down the bikepath to the end and onward to The OBC.

Day 3

Left CC at noon, drove into Ojai and had lunch at Los Caporales. Went to Vons for supplies, got gas and headed for beach camps. Traffic got bad thru town and we were informed by a passerby that there were 3 dead bikers on the road and we werent going anywhere for a few hours. I took creek rd. back toward CC and bypassed the whole mess. Hobson and Faria didnt look great so we headed for thornehill, and old standby. No hookups but they do have water.
